Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of Tickets, Merchandise, and Vouchers, as well as your attendance at an Event:

1. Payment Methods: Tickets, Merchandise, and Vouchers must be paid for using a credit card or other payment methods provided by Glammed Out. Your purchase will not be processed unless all required information is accurately provided.
2. Lost or Stolen Tickets: Glammed Out may charge a fee for replacing lost or stolen Tickets. There is no obligation to replace general admission Tickets.
3. Right of Admission: Admission to an event is subject to the terms set by the Event Holder and the venue. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
4. Concession Tickets: If you purchase a concession ticket, valid identification may be required at the time of ticket collection or entry.
5. Prohibited Items: The use of cameras, audio, and video recording equipment may be restricted at the event.
6. Broadcast and Photography: Events may be broadcast or photographed for television, radio, or the internet. Your attendance may result in your appearance in these media, with or without your knowledge or consent.
7. Security Searches: Entry to certain events may require a search of your person and/or possessions.
8. Damaged or Unauthorized Tickets: Entry may be refused if Tickets are damaged, defaced, or not purchased through Glammed Out or other authorized sellers.
9. Resale Restrictions: Tickets may not be resold or offered for sale at a premium without prior written consent from Glammed Out or the Event Holder. Reselling Tickets on online auction sites is prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in cancellation of the Ticket without refund and denial of entry.
10. Fees and Charges: In addition to the cost of Tickets, Merchandise, or Vouchers, additional fees such as booking or handling charges may apply.
11. Taxes: GST and other taxes may apply to the purchase of Tickets, Merchandise, or Vouchers. Unless otherwise specified, prices include applicable taxes.
12. Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges for Vouchers, Tickets, or Merchandise are not provided unless required by law or specified by the Event Holder. Glammed Out may retain booking fees or other charges where permitted by law.
13. COVID-19 Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued if the client is unable to attend due to COVID-19 restrictions, such as mandatory isolation, required testing within 24 hours of the event, state-imposed travel restrictions, or a state-wide lockdown.
14. Program Changes: Glammed Out reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists, acts, or entertainment and to vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacities.
15. Ticket Resale Laws: Reselling tickets may breach certain laws, including those related to scalping.
16. Delivery and Collection: Ensure adequate time for the collection or electronic delivery of your Tickets or Merchandise prior to the event.
17. Seating and Table Arrangements: Please contact the venue directly to book your tables and confirm your seating to avoid disappointment. Glammed Out is not responsible for venue seating, table arrangements, or food, as we are solely the suppliers of the event entertainment.
